老年性白内障住院手术患者特征及费用影响因素分析

摘要

目的 探讨老年性白内障住院手术患者的住院特征和住院费用影响因素,为规范诊疗流程和降低医疗费用提供参考.方法 对患者人口学特征、住院信息等进行描述性分析,采用多重线性回归分析住院费用的影响因素.结果 总费用中材料费占比例最高,不同医师经治患者的平均术前住院日、平均住院日、平均费用差异较大.住院天数、人工晶体价格是影响患者住院费用的主要因素.结论 通过推行临床路径,规范诊疗流程,选择合理的植入晶体,是控制医疗费用的关键.%Objects To explore the characteristics and factors that are involved in medical costs and hospital stay - related information of senile cataract patients who were treated by surgery and to provide reference for specification of treatment and lowing the medical costs.Methods Descriptive analysis was applied to studied the demographic characteristics and the hospital stay -related information.Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to analyze the factors involved in the medical costs.Results in our study, the highest proportion of the total medieol costs was the expense of artifical crystal.The average preoperative hospital stay, hospital stay and medical costs of patients were remarkably different from various doctors.The average hospital stay and the expense of artificol crystal were the key factors of medical costs.Conclusion The control of medical costs could be optimized by application of clinical pathway, specification of diagnosis and selection of reasonable artificial crystal.
