医院对基层部队卫生人员集中式管理的探讨

摘要

针对调研中发现的困扰基层部队卫生机构能力建设的三个主要问题:①基层部队卫生人员思想不稳定；②基层部队卫生机构保障能力与担负的使命任务不相适应；③新时期官兵健康理念发生变化,要求更好的医疗技术水平和医疗条件是普遍需求.为破解这些难题,作者认为必须解放思想,大胆实践；提出“医院对基层部队卫生人员集中式管理,派出式保障”模式,提升基层部队卫生机构能力建设.%According to the investigation, we found that there were three main problems in health agency ability construction of basic level forces; Firstly, the health staffs of basic level forces were unstable; Secondly, the security ability of health agency cannot adapt to the task; Thirdly, in the new time the officers and soldiers'healthy idea has been changed, and they would ask for better medical service. To solve these problems, we proposed to e-mancipate our minds, set up a new medical model as " centralized management in hospital of health staffs from the basic level forces".
