高职医师专病化培养,是综合性医院创新高级人才培养模式的大胆尝试,可以有效解决高职医师激励困难问题,是培育高层次医学人才的有效方法.本文总结我国目前高职医师培养现状,阐述此模式的产生背景;以本院为例,从专病引导、多维激励、专病诊疗团队和虚拟学科平台四个方面论述模式和方法,并分析该培养模式对医院发展的效用.%Disease - oriented specialists training is a kind of innovation of talent training of comprehensive hospitals, that can bestir the senior specialist effectively, and it is also a perfect way to bring up top talents. In this paper the author summarized the background of this model initial and its present situation, then take the hospital as example, discussed the practice of this model from aspects of disease - oriented guide, multi - incentive, disease consult team and building virtual subject plat. At last the effectiveness were analyzed brought up by this model.
