谈医院学科档案建设

摘要

医院学科档案作为医院学科知识的结晶和各种信息资源,对医院学科建设和管理起着重要的作用.重视和加强学科档案的建设,不仅是学科发展决策的需要,也是医院发展决策的需要.本文阐述学科档案建设与管理的重要性,从学科档案的内容、要求、实施和运用四个方面,论述建立系统的学科档案策略,使档案工作更好地为学科及医院发展服务.%Hospital discipline archive, as the quintessence and information resources of the hospital discipline knowledge, plays an important role on the discipline construction and management of the hospital. To strengthen the construction of discipline archive is the decision - making requires of discipline and hospital development. In this paper the importance were described of the construction and management of discipline archive. Then from four aspects as the content, requirements, implementation and use, the measures were discussed to set up the discipline archives systematically from the of discipline archive.
