Nowadays, the army has intensified the management of the funds for military medical scientific research. In accordance with the existing problems, the article proposed some advice and opinions on medical scientific research funds management.%随着军队加强对医学科研经费的管理,本文针对医学科研经费管理中存在的问题,提出医学科研经费管理的意见和建议.
