This would definitely drive new requirements for the management and development of military hospitals. The article elaborated the challenges and opportunities which the plan brought to military hospitals. The author put forward that researches in policy should be reinforced, the survival crisis of military hospitals could be tided over through strengthening public welfare, improving quality, optimizing structure, exploiting market, and finally seeking for adaptively sustainable development.
