提高门诊检验服务质量的做法

         

摘要

门诊是医院的重要组成部分,是面向社会的窗口。门诊检验科人流量大,医务人员工作繁忙。更好地为门诊患者服务是一个值得关注的问题。本文通过对硬件、人员及与患者的沟通等因素进行分析,探讨影响门诊检验科服务质量的原因,就门诊工作流程的改进谈体会。%Outpatient service , as an important role in hospital function , provides a window for the public . The service of outpatient laboratory is characterized with large flow of patients and heavy workload .How to serve for the outpatients better is a matter of concern .In this paper, hardware, personnel and communication with the pa-tient and other factors were analyzed to find out the reasons affecting the quality of outpatient laboratory service . The practices were discussed in the improvement of the clinic workflow .
