摘要

The article introduce the design , workflow and the main function of Medical Adverse Events Re-porting System .The implementation of the system should prevent the hospital internal medical error ; provide the process and standard of technical means to reduce medical accidents .It also could improve hospital management and medical service quality .%本文主要介绍医疗安全不良事件报告系统的总体设计思路、实现方法及主要功能。医疗安全不良事件报告系统的实施对于医院内部防范医疗差错、减少医疗事故提供流程化、规范化的技术手段，为提高医院管理水平、促进医疗服务质量的改善提供支持。
