军事飞行学员医学选拔标准的构建

本文论述军事飞行学员医学选拔标准，其知识结构包括现代战争形态、军用飞机性能、医学技术前沿、脑与认知及现代数理科学5个维度的知识；其内部功能结构包括形态指标、能力指标、特许指标和潜在指标4个层面的内容；其外部关联结构包括与心理认知选拔、政治思想选拔、文化成绩选拔3个方面的关系。%The article introduced the medical standard of recruiting military student pilots , which included knowledge structure, internal functional structure and external correlation structure .The knowledge structure in-cluded modern war forms, flight characteristics, medical frontier technology, cognitive science, and modern mathe-matical science.The functional structure included morphologic indexes , performance indexes, special permitting indexes, and potential indexes.The external correlation structure included the relation to psychological selection , political selection and culture selection .
