芦山“4．20”地震批量伤员应急医疗救治体系

摘要

自汶川“5・12”特大地震、成都市“6・5”公交车燃烧事件，到芦山“4・20”7．0级地震，批量伤员涌入医院，本院通过建立“一个框架，两次检诊，三级查房”的“1，2，3”应急医疗救治模式，在批量伤员救治组织工作的体系建立上，总结出经验，旨在确保批量伤员得到“科学、及时、规范、有效”的救治。%At 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake, 6.5 Chengdu bus burning event , and 4.20 Lushan earth-quake, batches of the wounded were sent to our hospital .We summarized some experiences on the establishment of medical system for batches of the wounded , which included one framework, two diagnoses and three -level ward rounds, so as to ensure scientific, timely, standard and effective treatment for the wounded .
