The equipment has a strongly reinforced and floatable housing (C) that is totally enclosed and waterproof. The housing is made from a fire resistant or non-combustible material. The housing can be opened from any side. A projectile pillar of certain height and wreckage protection area (K) is implemented with in the housing. The housing includes various survival emergency equipments such as power failure detector, fire detector, seismograph, radio and emergency light (F).
