上海市异地就医出院患者满意度调查

摘要

Objective To analyze the satisfaction and influencing factors of remote medical discharged pa-tient for medical procedures and propose policy suggestions .Methods Remote medical patient satisfaction ques-tionnaire designed by authors was used .326 remote medical discharged patients in serveral shanghai Grade -Three Level-A hospitals were inquired by using stratified random sampling method .Using Chi-square test and Logistic regression model to analyze the remote medical discharged patient satisfaction and influencing factors .Results The factors that affect patient satisfaction include remote medical policy learning , reimbursement cycle , attitude , technical quality , convenient procedures and treatment time .Conclusion The remote medical patients satisfac-tion could be improved by popularizing the remote medical policy , shortening the reimbursement cycle , enhancing personnel attitude , improving the technical quality , promoting the convenience of treatment procedures and choo-sing the appropriate treatment time .%目的：分析异地就医出院患者对就医过程的满意度及影响因素，提出相应的政策建议。方法通过设计异地就医患者满意度调查问卷，采用分层随机抽样的方法对上海市部分三甲医院的326名异地就医出院患者进行问卷调查，通过χ2检验和Logistic回归分析异地就医患者满意度的影响因素。结果影响异地就医患者满意度的因素包括了解就医政策、报销周期、服务态度、技术质量、手续便捷和诊疗时间。结论通过宣传普及异地就医政策、缩短报销周期、提升相关人员服务态度、提高医院技术质量、提高就诊手续的便捷性，以及采取合适的诊疗时间来提高异地就医患者对就医过程的满意度。
