救护艇医疗队护理人员训练方法的探讨

摘要

Ambulance boat plays an important part of medical treatment on the sea .Nursing work is also very important and has its special requirements .The authors summarized the training experience in latest ten years and multiple exercise experience , improved the training method and process , promoted the ability of nursing staff in medical team of ambulance boat .%救护艇是海上医疗救护链的组成部分，救护艇医疗队的护理工作重要且有其特殊的要求。为了能使海上救护工作圆满顺利，护理人员训练方法需要不断的探讨和实践，本院通过总结十年的训练体会并结合多次演练经验，完善训练方法和流程，救护艇医疗队护理人员的救护能力得到提高；同时也发现一些不足，需要总结和提高。
