小型军队医院临床药师培养实践

摘要

Objective To explore the cultivation method of clinical pharmacists in small -scale military hospital .Methods The cultivation experience of clinical pharmacists in the authors'hospital was systematically re-viewed .Results Clinical pharmacists in small -scale hospital play an active role in the development of drug con-sultation, participation in clinical treatment , and promoting rational drug use .Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should provide the pharmaceutical care closely linked to the actual hospital medical work , to promote the safe , ef-fective, economic and reasonable clinical medication in small -scale military hospitals .%目的：探讨小型军队医院临床药师培养工作方法。方法通过回顾本院临床药师培养经历，阐述小型医院临床药师应该做好的药学服务工作。结果小型医院临床药师在开展药物咨询、参与临床治疗、促进合理用药等方面发挥很好的作用。结论临床药师应紧密联系医院医疗工作实际，开展临床药学服务，促进军队小型医院临床用药安全、有效、经济、合理。
