军队医院“战斗力”解析与构建

军队医院作为我军卫勤系统重要组成力量之一，其保障能力直接关系到部队战斗力的生成和维系。本文从战斗力的视角深入研究军队医院保障能力，揭示军队医院“战斗力”生成、发挥、评估的特点和规律，有利于为军队医院改革和实战运用提供客观、动态的依据，促进部队战斗力的提升。%Military hospital is one of the important components of our military health service system, the support capability of which is directly related to the generation and maintenance of combat effectiveness of the ar-my.The article deeply studied the support capability of military hospital from the perspective of combat effective-ness, revealed the characteristics and laws of military hospitals combat effectiveness generation, performance and assessment, which would help to provide objective and practical application for the reform and actual use of the mil-itary hospital, further promote the combat effectiveness of the troops.
