成批机械通气伤员安全管理模式的构建与评价

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of safety management in reducing the complication of batched mechanical ventilation patients and increasing success rate of treatment .Methods A safety management mode was established, which included the establishment of organizational structure , the cardinality setting of patients and ma-terials, the formulation of responsibility system and treatment procedures , standard of equipments, pharmaceuticals and consumable items, risk analysis and emergency response plan , and three -level monitoring and management mechanism.Results After the application of the safety management mode , the frequency of batched mechanical ventilation patients'complication was significantly lower than the control group , while the success rate of treatments was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The establishment of safety management mode for batched mechanical ventilation patients , can effectively decrease the frequency of respiratory complications and improve the treatment speed and efficiency .%目的：探讨安全管理模式在降低成批机械通气患者并发症、提高救治成功率中的作用。方法建立组织构架、设定救治人员及物质基数，制订制度及流程，装备仪器设备及药品、耗材，建立风险评估及应急预案，建立三级监控管理机制。结果应用安全管理模式后，成批机械通气患者呼吸系统并发症明显低于对照组、救治成功率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论构建安全管理模式能有效降低成批机械通气患者呼吸系统并发症、提高救治速度及效率。
