军队某三甲医院医疗风险影响因素分析

摘要

目的：从军队某三甲医院2012—2014年发生的医疗纠纷数据入手，整理分析该医院的医疗风险影响因素，找出其高风险的科室。方法前期通过文献回顾、案例分析、专家咨询等方法对数据进行梳理，后期将有关数据通过统计学方法进行分析。结果经验欠缺与存在风险预计不足，疾病并发症与不良反应，以及器械器具与医疗制品质量不过关是引发医疗风险，导致医疗纠纷产生的前三个原因。结论建立并完善医疗不良事件监测干预及上报系统、加强医疗工作人员的业务素质培养是降低医疗风险的有效途径。%Objective To analyze the factors affecting the medical risk based on the medical dispute data of a third -level grade -A hospital and to identify the high -risk departments in this military hospital.Methods Lit-erature review, case analysis, expert consultation and other methods were used to sort out the data, and then the data were analyzed by statistical methods.Results The top three causes of medical dispute and risk were lack of experience and under -estimation of risks, disease complications and adverse reactions, and low quality of medical equipment and medical products.Conclusion Establishing and perfecting the medical adverse event monitoring, intervention and re-porting system, and improving the professional quality of medical staff are effective ways to reduce medical risks. n Objective To analyze the factors affecting the medical risk based on the medical dispute data of a third -level grade -A hospital and to identify the high -risk departments in this military hospital.Methods Lit-erature review, case analysis, expert consultation and other methods were used to sort out the data, and then the data were analyzed by statistical methods.Results The top three causes of medical dispute and risk were lack of experience and under -estimation of risks, disease complications and adverse reactions, and low quality of medical equipment and medical products.Conclusion Establishing and perfecting the medical adverse event monitoring, intervention and re-porting system, and improving the professional quality of medical staff are effective ways to reduce medical risks.
