摘要

A top tertiary hospital has established a comprehensive evaluation system of its disciplinary con -struction .Based on the situation of its disciplinary development and by adopting SWOT , the strengths and weaknes-ses as well as its opportunities and challenges are analyzed .The SWOT analysis has made it possible to combine the hospital's disciplinary development strategy with both internal and external resources in a dynamic way .The purpose is to plan holistically and orientate accurately , to propose feasible advice for progress and eventually to facilitate the sustainable , healthy and rapid development of all disciplines .%某三甲综合性医院探索建立较为完整的学科建设综合评估指标体系，并结合学科建设的情况，采用SWOT评估模型综合分析医院学科建设的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。通过SWOT评估分析，将医院学科发展战略与内部资源、外部环境有机结合起来，以准确的战略定位进行系统的战略规划，明确学科发展方向，提出切合实际的发展建议和策略，最终促进各学科持续、健康、高速发展。
