救护艇医疗队能力建设SWOT分析

摘要

According to the characteristics of the operation environment and the rescue missions , by adop-ting the SWOT analysis method, this paper systematically analyzed the capacity building of the medical team on am -bulance boat in a military central hospital and identified the internal strengths and weaknesses , as well as its exter-nal opportunities and threats during the capacity building .By constructing a SWOT analysis matrix , four kinds of targeted strategies and corresponding measures on improving capacity building were put forward : seizing the external opportunities and drawing on the advantages (S/O strategy), making a full use of external opportunities and over -coming shortcomings (W/O strategy), drawing on the advantages and reducing the external pressure (S/T strate-gy), solving internal problems and avoiding external threats (W/T strategy), which provided a theoretical founda-tion and decision reference for the effective strengthening of the construction of medical team on ambulance boat .%针对救护艇医疗队作业环境和救治任务的特殊性,采用SWOT分析方法对某军队中心医院救护艇医疗队能力建设进行系统分析,明确其能力建设中存在的内部优势、劣势与面临的外部机会、威胁.通过构建SWOT分析矩阵,提出抓住外部机会,发挥自身优势(S/O战略);利用外部机会,克服自身不足(W/O战略);发挥自身优势,弱化外部压力(S/T战略);解决内在问题,回避外部威胁(W/T战略)共4类提升救护艇医疗队能力建设的针对性策略以及相应的措施建议,为有效加强救护艇医疗队的建设提供理论参考和决策依据.
