维和医疗队强化爆炸物损伤能力探讨

摘要

Improvised explosive devices (IED) are usually used as an assault weapon by rebel forces and terrorists.In the overseas anti -terrorist operation or peacekeeping , casualties and equipment damages are fre -quently caused by IED in ambush or suicide attack .In order to thoroughly understand injuries caused by IED , this paper summarizes the constitute , category and mechanism of injury of IED , discusses how to strengthen the peace -keeping medical team's capability of treating the IED injuries and puts forward new requirements accordingly , which can be a reference for the commanding agency or military personnel participating in overseas operation .%在反恐、维和等海外军事行动中,由于作战形式的不对称性,反动武装和恐怖分子常使用简易爆炸物(IED)作为攻击武器,通过伏击、自杀式袭击等方式造成人员伤亡和装备损坏.为更充分地了解IED所造成的损伤,本文对IED的构成、分类及致伤机制进行总结.针对维和医疗分队强化IED损伤救治能力探讨,并提出新要求,供指挥机关和参与海外军事行动的人员参考.
