通过对新疆特殊环境医学重点实验室的基础建设、人才队伍建设和制度建设进行总结,在管理上提出科室管理精细化、科学研究团队化、人才培养自主化、联合攻关多学科化、研究方向特色化和安全管理常态化的管理措施,以期对特殊环境医学重点实验室布局、设置及创新管理提供参考.%To summarize the experience of infrastructure construction,talent team construction and institutional improvement of the key medical laboratory for special environment of Xinjiang.And as for the administration measure,we proposed the meticulous management for administrative offices,teaming-up for scientific research,autonomization for talent cultivation,multidisciplinary tendency for research cooperation,and normalization for safety management so as to provide reference for the layout and innovation management of the key medical laboratory for special environment.
