本文立足国家“医改”和“军改”,紧盯强军目标,以新的视角审视医疗保障模式,围绕军队医院顺应改革形势,驱动创新发展,需要调整抓建思路主题,探讨抓建思路“为什么调”、“调什么”、“怎么调”的问题.%This article stood from national "Medical Reform" and "Military Reform",following up the goal of building a strong army,to reassess medical guarantee model with new vision.With current reform,military hospital reform should drive innovative development and adjust construction ideas.This article discussed the issues of "why need adjustment?" 、"what need to be adjustment ?" and "how to make adjustment?".
