基于功效系数法的临床路径实施质量评价

摘要

目的 应用功效系数法分析临床路径实施质量,为提高临床路径实施质量提供数据支持.方法 从上海市卫计委公布的2016年《临床路径简讯》中提取12家临床路径收治人数最多的大型三级综合医院,临床路径实施的相关数据进行综合评价.结果 综合评价结果客观反映出各医院临床路径的实施质量.结论 通过功效系数法对临床路径的各指标进行综合评价,能够全面客观反映出不同医院临床路径的实施质量,为各卫生行政部门及医院机关提供决策依据.%Objective To analyze the quality of clinical path implementation with efficacy coefficient method and to provide data and information support for further improving the quality of clinical path implementa-tion.Methods Relevant data of clinical path implementation in 12 large-scale tertiary hospitals with most admit-ted patients were extracted from the"Clinical Path Newsletter"published by Shanghai Municipal Health Commis-sion in 2016. Results Comprehensive evaluation results objectively reflected the quality of the clinical path imple-mentation in hospitals. Conclusion Comprehensive evaluation of the indicators in clinical path with efficacy coef-ficient method can thoroughly and objectively reflect the quality of the clinical path implementation in different hos-pitals,providing the decision-making basis for the health administrative departments and the hospital organs.
