发挥护理部管理职能提高聘用护士整体素质

摘要

为适应新形势的转变，培养高素质的护理人才，护理部发挥管理职能，采取“双控法”管理、把好聘用护士录用关、规范化培训关、竞争上岗关。结果：2000年与1999年相比较,聘用护士的监护技能和理论成绩有明显差异性（P＜0.05 ），执业考试通过率增长33%。通过双控管理、严把三关使聘用护士的整体素质有明显提高。%To meet the demand for nursing staff with high quality ,We have developed the management function in the nursing department by adopting the double-control management and guarding firmly the three passes which are the employment of nurses, the standard training and the position competition. As a result, in 2000 the employed nurses gained better marks for nursing skill and theory than those in 1999(P<0.05), and the pass rate of the professional exam increased 33%. It shows that the employed nurses' quality has been apparently improved as a whole in the ways mentioned above.
