[Objective] The aim was to study the effect of three grafting methods on cucumber grafting seedlings growth. [Method] With ‘Kanghanbao’ as the rootstock, ‘Maria’ as the scion, we used approach grafting, single and double root cutting close-joining as the three grafting methods to study the effect of different methods on the prophase stage of cucumber seedlings. [Result] The grafting living rate and work efficiency were the highest with 97.5% and 94.0 respectively. The number, length and weight of the rootstock roots were higher than other two methods. [Conclusion] Double root cutting close-joining method promoted the growth of scion and the stem diameter. The leaf area and dry weight of scion were significant higher than others.%[目的]研究不同嫁接方法对黄瓜嫁接育苗前期生长的影响。[方法]以‘抗寒宝’为砧木,‘玛利亚’为接穗,采用靠接、单断根贴接和双断根贴接3种嫁接方法,研究不同嫁接方法对黄瓜嫁接苗前期生长的影响。[结果]双断根贴接的嫁接成活率最高,达到97.5%;工效也最高,为94.0,砧木根系的数量、长度和重量方面显著高于其他2种嫁接方法。[结论]双断根贴接发达的砧木须根系促进了接穗的生长发育,接穗的茎粗、叶面积和接穗干重方面均显著高于其他2种嫁接方法。
