君子兰不同种及品种植物学性状调查

         

摘要

[目的]探讨君子兰植物学形态与分类的关系,以期为君子兰杂交育种工作提供理论基础.[方法]以君子兰属9份试材为研究对象,调查物候期,对茎、叶、花和果实等植物学性状进行观测和统计,并对亲缘关系进行初步分析.[结果]供试材料中的8份大花君子兰物候期、花期较为一致,垂笑君子兰物候期较早,花期在12月到翌年1月末.君子兰单朵花花期约为15 d,群体花期约为60 d.供试材料经聚类分析后可分为2组,其中鞍山兰和佛光兰亲缘关系最近,垂笑君子兰和长春兰'染厂'亲缘关系最远.[结论]对君子兰的9份试材的植物学性状进行调查研究,并将调查结果汇总进行聚类分析.为后续杂交育种研究提供可靠的理论和技术依据.%[Objective] The relationship between botany morphology and classification were discussed in Clivia,which would provide theoretical and technical basis for cross breeding work. [Method]In this study, nine samples were studied and the characteristics of stem leaves,flowers and fruits were observed and counted [Result] The phenology and florescence of 8 accessions in Clivia spp. were consistent. The phenology of C.nobilis Lindl.was earlier from December to late January.The florescence of the single flower was 15d,while it was 60 d in the group flowers. The selected materials could be divided into 2 groups based on the morphology clarification.The maximum Euclidean distance between C.nobilis Lindl.and C.miniata cv.Ran Chang meant the furthest relationship. [Conclusion]In this experiment,the botany characters of 9 samples of junziran were investigated and the results were summarized and analyzed. It provides a reliable theory and technical basis for the study of hybridization breeding.
