浅谈水电站建设机电设备采购过程的技术管理

摘要

为总结水电站机电设备采购过程中的技术管理工作经验，以拔贡水电站改扩建工程为背景，从机电设备采购的过程，分析设备的初设方案审查、招标、设计、监造等技术管理问题，找出影响设备质量和工期的原因和解决办法，为以后的水电站建设机电设备采购过程的技术管理提供参考。%In order to summarize the technical management experiences in electromechanical equipments procure-ment for hydropower station, taking the extension project of Bagong hydropower station as an example, the technical management problems on the preliminary design review, bidding, design, manufacture supervision of equipments are analyzed according to the electromechanical equipments procurement process, and the causes influencing the equip-ment quality and the construction period as well as theirs solutions are put forward, which can be referenced by simi-lar projects.
