南山水利枢纽工程堆石坝混凝土面板无轨滑模的设计与应用

摘要

The project area of Nanshan hydro-complex has high altitude, poor natural environment and large temper-ature difference between day and night. The construction of concrete face rockfill dam may be affected greatly by rain and snow because the face slab construction is arranged in winter according to progress schedule. Finally, a trackless slip-form scheme is determined for face slab construction based upon comparison and demonstration of several schemes before pouring of face slab concrete, which makes a great success through the optimization on design param-eters of slip-form.%∶南山水利枢纽工程所在地海拔高，昼夜温差大，自然环境较差，受雨雪天气影响大，根据工期要求，面板施工直线工期仅两个月时间，且全部在冬季，为此在面板混凝土浇筑之前，工程技术人员结合本工程具体特点对几种施工方案进行对比论证，最终确定了无轨滑模施工方案，并对该方案滑模的设计参数进行优选，使实施中取得完满成功。
