浅谈如何提高电机轴承运行可靠性

阐述了电动机轴承运行管理方法、轴承安装工艺要求,轴承、润滑脂正确选用原则及轴承选择,旨在说明严格的运行管理、规范的安装工艺、适合的电机轴承及其润滑脂可以减少电机轴承的意外故障,延长电机轴承的使用寿命,提高电机轴承运行可靠性,从而提高主设备运行稳定性和经济性.%The paper introduces the operation and management methods, the installation process and the selection method of motor bearing as well as the selection principle of its lubricating grease. It is indicated that strict manage-ment,the standardized installation process and suitable motor bearing and grease can not only reduce the unexpected failure of the bearing, but also extend its service life and improve its operational reliability, by which the stability and the economy of main equipment are improved as well.
