ICU眼睑闭合不全患者的两种眼部护理方法的比较研究

摘要

Objective :Comparing which one of the two eye’s nursing methods is more effective on preventingcomplications for incomplete eyelid closure patients in ICU(simply eye ointment applying, plus sterile polyethylene film); Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients in coma recruited by convenient sampling were divided into two group according to odd and even number. Patients with odd numbers were assigned in the `control group, received routine nursing , Patients with even numbers were assigned in the intervention group,covering the eyes with sterile polyethylene films, and observing closure of the eyelids every day and recording. Results: 5 days later, the difference in corneal epithelial abrasion among the treatment and control groups between two examinations were of statistical significance. Conclusion:sterile polyethylene film was superior to simply eye ointment applying in the effect on preventing corneal epithelial abrasions, the intervention of maintaining eyelids closure and forming eyebals moisture chamber ,so it was more effective to prevent eye complications.%目的：比较分析两种眼部护理方法（单纯涂抹眼膏、无菌聚乙烯薄膜）对于ICU眼睑闭合不全患者眼部并发症预防的有效性；方法：便利抽样82例昏迷患者。按照单双数分为两组，单数为对照组，采用常规眼部护理方法，双数为实验组，使用无菌聚乙烯薄膜（透明敷贴内含无菌纱布衬垫）覆盖双眼，每日观察眼睑闭合情况并做好记录；结果：实施5天后实验组患者角膜上皮脱落率小于对照组(P<0.05两组对照效应有统计学意义)；结论：无菌聚乙烯薄膜较之单纯涂抹眼膏能更好地保持眼睑闭合及创造局部的湿润环境减少角膜上皮脱落，从而降低眼部并发症。
