升船机承船厢电气控制系统设计

摘要

According to the electrical system of ship chamber of the ship lift in Tingzikou Water Control Project of Jialing River, the structure of the electrical control system of the ship chamber is analyzed from the point of view of electrical control design of the ship lift, and the main hardware con?guration, interface relation, control program design and main technical debugging dif?culties and solutions are described in detail, forming unique features. The scheme has been used in the electrical system of the ship chamber of Tingzikou Water Control Project. After ?eld debugging and veri?cation, the system design is proven to be reasonable and satis?es control requirements.%针对嘉陵江亭子口水利枢纽升船机承船厢电气系统, 从升船机电气控制设计的角度分析了承船厢电气控制系统结构, 详细叙述了主要硬件配置、接口关系、控制程序设计和主要技术调试难点与解决措施, 形成了独有的特点.此方案设计已用于亭子口升船机承船厢电气系统, 经过现场调试验证, 系统设计合理, 满足控制要求.
