带式输送机托辊再制造及实施模式研究

分析了带式输送机托辊辊子结构和磨损报废原因,研究了再制造的关键技术问题,提出了辊子的再制造技术方案和再制造的实施组织模式.%The paper analyzes the structure and wear reasons of belt conveyor rollers, studies the key technical problems of re-manufacturing, and proposes re-manufacturing technological programs and re-manufacturing implementation mode of the rollers.
