以北京金轮特种机械有限公司TH2506型伸缩臂叉装车伸缩臂为研究对象,结合设计经验和实际工作条件确定了6个研究工况,采用工程力学知识建立伸缩臂的力学模型,通过分析约束和外载条件确定了伸缩臂结构的危险截面,计算出危险截面上盖板和下底板处切应力、弯曲应力和局部集中应力,最后采用第四强度理论进行强度计算,为伸缩臂叉装车伸缩臂的结构设计提供了强度计算方法.%Taking the telescopic boom of the TH2506 telehandler manufactured by Beijing Golden Wheel Special Ma-chineiy Co. , Ltd. , the paper identifies 6 working conditions in line with the design experience and actual working conditions , establishes telescopic boom mechanics model based on engineering mechanics knowledge, determines the dangerous sections of the telescopic boom structure through analysis constraints and external conditions, calculates shear stress, bending stress and local concentrated stress of the dangerous sections, and finally performs strength calculation by fourth strength theory, providing strength calculation method for telehandler telescopic boom structure design.
