用于箱梁型钢结构模块连接的快速接头研制

摘要

The paper presents a new quick connector which is used for connection of box beam steel structural modules, states the disadvantages of traditional connectors, and discusses the composition, design method as well as installation method of the new quick connector.The new connector is not only several times less in connection time than the traditional steel box beam joint plate bolted connection connector, but also greatly enhances the rigidity and reliability of the connectors.It has significant meaning to all large hoisting and conveying machinery which requires disassembly transferring and high hoisting accuracy.%介绍了1种新型的用于箱梁型钢结构模块连接的快速接头,指出了传统连接接头的缺点,论述了新型快速接头的组成、设计方法和安装方法.新型快速接头不仅在拼装速度上比传统的钢箱梁节点板螺栓连接接头快几倍,而且可以大大提高接头的刚度和可靠性.对要求经常拆卸转场及吊装精度要求高的大型起重运输机械均有重要意义.
