船厂门式起重机刚性腿纠偏技术研究

         

摘要

由于设计误差和制造安装误差等因素的影响,船厂门式起重机总装后刚性腿偏角与设计要求存在一定的偏差,偏差较大时往往有纠偏要求,但目前没有好的纠偏复位方法,基本上都是采用超差回用.根据多台国内、外船厂门式起重机安装经验及实际偏差统计分析资料,提出了2套纠偏方法,通过方案论证确定和优化了纠偏工艺方案,并详细介绍了青岛600 t门式起重机总装后对刚性腿纠偏复位的工艺,对后期类似门式起重机的纠偏复位具有指导意义.%Due to influences of factors such as design error, manufacturing error and installation error, certain deviation appears between the deflection angle of the rigid leg after final assembly of the shipyard gantry crane and the desired design one. Huge deviation requires rectification, but the out-of-tolerance reuse is generally adopted since there is no good rectification and resetting method at present. According to installation experience of shipyard gantry cranes at home and a-broad and statistical analysis data of actual deviation, 2 rectification methods are put forwardf with detailed introduction to rectification and resetting technology of the rigid leg after final assembly of the 600t gantry crane, which provides guidance to rectification and resetting of later similar gantry cranes
