为提高烟草产品质量安全,降低维护成本,对贮柜和喂料机使用的输送链进行创新改进,在输送链的滚子与套筒之间增加工程塑料轴承,工程塑料轴承与套筒直接作用实现自润滑,达到免润滑的效果.这种工程塑料轴承有较高的耐磨性、抗疲劳性和较小的摩擦因数.%The conveying chain used in storage cabinet and feeder is innovatively improved to enhance quality and safety of tobacco products and reduce maintenance cost. The engineering plastic bearing is added between roller and sleeve of the conveying chain, which can realize self-lubrication through direct action with the sleeve to generate lubrication-free effect. With low friction factor, the engineering bearing is of high abrasive resistance and fatigue resistance.
