摘要

The paper designs multi-crane synchronization operation communication system for overhead travelling cranes. The PLC communication technology and application control technology are used to realize high-precision synchronous operation of several overhead travelling cranes operated by one individual, with the modularity programming method. The system is of advanced design, stable running, high-precision positioning, which can be applied to various industries such as electricity power, port terminal, ship building, and military production, etc. , and has excellent industrial application prospect.%设计了一种桥式起重机的并车通信系统,利用PLC通信技术和应用控制技术,采用模块化的编程方法,实现了单人操作多台桥式起重机,使多台桥式起重机高精度同步工作,从而实现并车抬吊的目的.该系统设计先进,运行稳定,定位精度高,可广泛用于电力、港口码头、造船、军工生产等诸多行业,具有良好的工业应用前景.
