基于风险相似模型的电梯群定期检验模式研究

摘要

在全面分析电梯安全运行影响因素的基础上，归纳总结影响电梯检验结果的风险因素，指出现代城市电梯群风险相似现象，并建立由多因素、多层次指标构成的风险相似模型，包括电梯特性、使用、管理、维保、检验、维修等6个风险相似条件及所属的19个相似点。利用该模型提出了电梯群风险检验方法，并对该检验模式的效率与安全性进行了分析。结果表明，基于电梯群风险相似模型的定期检验能够在保持安全性的前提下大幅度地提升检验效率。%On the basis of overall analysis of affecting factors of lift safety running,the risk factors influencing the lift testing results are summarized in the paper.The paper describes the lift similar phenomena,with the risk similar model built composed of multi-factor multi-layer indexes,including six risk similar conditions and their 19 similar points such as lift characteristics,service,management,maintenance,testing,repair,etc.The model is used to put forward the lift group risk inspection methods,with efficiency and safety analysis for the test mode.The result shows that the regular in-spection based on the lift group risk similar model can significantly improve the testing efficiency under the premise of safety guarantee.
