带式输送机新型溜槽缓冲装置的设计

摘要

The paper analyzes some problems existing in the current buffer device,puts forward an improved chute buffer device,and specifies its structural features,working principle,and design method.Through load-bearing analysis of the buffer mechanism,the mathematical calculation model is built for the buffer spring based on the torque balance theo-ry.%通过分析现有缓冲装置存在的问题，提出一种改进的新型溜槽缓冲装置，分析溜槽缓冲装置的结构特点、工作原理，阐述其设计方法，通过对缓冲机构的受力分析，依据力矩平衡理论构建其缓冲弹簧的数学计算模型。
