基于 BS EN 1993-1-9：2005的岸边集装箱起重机大车平衡梁疲劳寿命评估

摘要

In terms of cracks occurring to the balance beam of in-service quayside container crane , the structural fa-tigue life analysis is performed according to BS EN 1993-1-9: 2005.The paper introduces the procedures for fatigue life a-nalysis , to determine the stress calculation method and related coefficient based on the load -carrying features and crack po-sitions of the balance beam.The fatigue life evaluation is performed for measured data of three quayside container cranes , providing reference for anti-fatigue design.%针对在役岸边集装箱起重机大车平衡梁出现裂纹的现象，根据欧洲规范BS EN 1993-1-9：2005进行结构疲劳寿命分析。介绍了疲劳寿命分析步骤，并根据大车平衡梁受力特点及裂纹位置，确定应力计算方法及相关系数。以3台岸边集装箱起重机的实船测试数据进行疲劳寿命评估。从而为岸边集装箱起重机大车结构抗疲劳设计提供参考。
