三峡升船机超大型平衡重块制造计量智能控制系统设计与研究

         

摘要

The paper introduces the concrete production and measurement acquisition control system that can be con-trolled intelligently to produce the extra-large counterweight for Three Gorges ship lifter.The system can realize blanking pre-control and weighing and burden dynamic control by acquiring the mass of aggregate,cement,water,and additive in real time,automatic calculation,and comparing with the product mass after stabilization.The concrete production and measurement acquisition control system than can be controlled intelligently is designed to intelligently control the measure-ment information acquisition during concrete production while the existing concrete fabrication technology cannot precisely measure and automatically control burdening proportion,hence to guarantee that the concrete products meet the high-preci-sion function requirement,and avoid the effect of excessive mixing of iron ore concrete on the environment.%介绍了应用于三峡升船机超大型平衡重块制造过程中具有智能控制的混凝土制造计量采集控制系统,该系统通过实时采集骨料、水泥、水、外加剂等质量,自动计算并与稳定后的产品质量相比较,用以实现下料预控及称重配料动态控制。这种具有智能控制的混凝土制造计量信息采集控制系统,针对现有混凝土制造技术无法实现精确计量和配料比例自动控制而设计,能够实现混凝土制造过程中计量信息采集的智能控制,从而实现混凝土产品质量满足高精度标准的功能,并避免了处理超量拌置铁矿石混凝土对环境的影响。
