塔式起重机断裂的原因分析

摘要

The paper analyzes causes of breakage of the tower crane with micro and macro analysis methods, and con-ducts the chemical composition and dynamic performance test.The result shows that due to original defects in the weld joint of certain post and ear base of the tower crane, and the cold brittleness caused by the low-temperature environment, the an-ti-impact capacity of the post is significantly reduced.Therefore, when the tower crane is under the impact force, brittle fracture of the post takes place, resulting in integral collapsing of the tower crane.%通过宏观及微观分析方法分析塔式起重机的断裂原因, 并进行了化学成分和力学性能试验. 结果表明: 事故塔式起重机的某一立柱与耳座焊接焊缝处的原有缺陷和低温环境引起的低温脆性都显著降低了立柱的抗冲击能力. 因此, 在塔式起重机受冲击力作用时, 立柱发生了脆性断裂, 最终导致了事故塔式起重机的整体倒塌.
