新型包胶滚筒在线扒胶机的研究

摘要

The conventional turning rubberized roller of the belt conveyor requires repeated removal and installation measurement, which is complicated and tedious.According to the work environment and characteristics of the belt convey-er, the paper introduces a device capable of on-line turning for the rubberized roller of the belt conveyor in normal running, and analyzes the structural composition and working principle, as well as selection of the turning tools.The new-type device provides a specialized on-line peeling method for the belt conveyer to save the workload of stopping the machine and remo-ving the turning device.%带式输送机常规车削包胶滚筒需要反复拆装测量, 工作繁琐复杂. 根据带式输送机工作的环境和特点, 研究了一种能在带式输送机正常运转的情况下对包胶滚筒进行在线车削的装置, 分析了其机构组成和工作原理, 并针对车削橡胶的刀具进行分析选择, 新型装置为带式输送机提供了一种专业在线扒胶的方法, 避免了停车拆卸车削的繁琐工作.
