基于PZ T的柴油机振动俘能器的设计

     

摘要

针对柴油机运行过程中振动能量的浪费,研究出一种能够俘获振动能量并转化为电能为船舶照明设备等供能的振动压电俘能器装置,以PZT (压电陶瓷)为能量俘获与转化材料,将有害的振动能量转变为可利用的能量。设计了一种新型悬臂梁结构,通过改变力的作用方式,利用压电陶瓷的正压电效应,将机械能有效地转化成电能并进行储存与控制,从而达到节能减排的效果。%This paper provides a vibration energy harvester which can harvest vibration energy and convert it to elec-tric energy for ship lighting devices to avoid the waste of vibration energy during the operation of the diesel engine,and PZT (piezoelectric ceramics)can harvest and convert the hazardous vibration energy to available energy. It designs a new canti-lever structure which effectively converts the mechanical energy to electric energy by changing the action mode of force and using the direct piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics and stores and controls such energy,to save energy and reduce emission.
