The load test is an important item during safety inspection of the passenger ropeway.In an emergency,it’s imperative to determine whether the ropeway braking system can provide proper and effective braking function for the rope-way and avoid event escalation to guarantee the safety of the ropeway equipment and passengers.The paper analyzes several cases in safety supervision inspection of the passenger ropeway,finds out common problems during load test and gives solu-tions.%负荷试验是客运索道安全检验过程中非常关键的一项内容。在紧急情况下，索道的制动系统能否对索道实施合理有效的制动，防止事件的扩大，从而保证索道设备和乘客的安全，是索道从业人员务必关注的事情。文中通过分析客运索道安全监督检验中遇到的几个案例，总结出负荷试验时的常见问题并提出解决方法。
