溜尾机试验方法研究

         

摘要

基于对新型溜尾机基本结构及工作原理的分析,结合实际吊装作业工况,设计制造溜尾机专用试验工装,模拟实际吊装作业过程中罐体从水平逐渐翻转至垂直状态的全过程,测试溜尾机行走、提升、翻转、液压缸伸缩等复合动作的协同作业情况,在溜尾机安全操作方面进行探索总结,为溜尾机首次工程应用提供理论支撑及实践经验。%Based on the analysis of the basic structure and working principles of the new-type tailing machine,and the actual hoisting operation conditions,the special test apparatus to manufacture tailing machine is designed.The whole process of tank gradually turning from the horizontal state to the vertical state during actual hoisting operation is simulated to test the coordination of composite actions of the tailing machine including travelling,lifting,turning,telescoping of hydrau-lic cylinder.And the paper explores and concludes the safe operation of the tailing machine,providing theoretic basis and practical experience for the initial engineering application of the tailing machine.
