一种离合式制动器的设计

摘要

In view of the application of brakes of large-scale equipment in mines and ports,a clutch-type brake with buffering capacities is designed based on the characteristics of inertia brakes.With the feeder as an example,the paper in-troduces the design process,which enables the application of the 11 kW travelling mechanism on one machine.The modu-lar design is adopted,which is simple and practical.%针对目前矿山及港口大型设备制动器的使用情况，综合惯性制动器的特点，设计了一种可缓冲的离合式制动器。并以取料机为例，对其设计过程进行介绍，满足单机11 kW 行走机构的使用。该设计采用模块化，简洁实用。
