起重机电机系统裕量评价指标研究及测试

摘要

The paper puts forward the margin evaluation index for the motor system.The data such as motor current and torque are collected for the travelling mechanism of 480 t ladle crane,and the margin evaluation index is calculated.It's shown that the selected motor of the system has relatively large capacity.%提出了电机系统裕量评价指标，采集了首钢京唐480 t铸造起重机大车运行机构电机电流转矩等数据，计算了裕量评价指标，验证了该系统电机容量选型偏大。
