针对在用轨道门式起重机夹轨器打滑的问题,以某300 t/43 m A型双梁轨道门式起重机用夹轨器为例,介绍了夹轨器的基本结构,建立了模型,其原理是利用上滚轮与导轨面的摩擦力而转动产生扭矩,再经齿轮组扭矩放大装置,使转矩放大n倍后传给嵌入防滑带的偏心轮,偏心轮继续转动,随着偏心轮向径逐渐增大,渐进式制动,实现增力自锁,避免硬性金属接触,减小磨损,防止打滑,保证设备和人身安全。%In view of the problem of the slipping of rail clamps of rail portal cranes,with the rail clamp of 300 t/43 mA double-beam rail portal crane as an example,the paper introduces the basic structure of the rail clamp,develops a model to rotate to generate torque using the frictional force between the upper roller and guide rail,amplify the torque by n times via the torque amplification device of the gear set,and transmit to the eccentric gear embedded in the anti-skid strip. The anti-skid strip continues to rotate,resulting in amplification self-locking with increasing radius vector and gradual bra-king,to avoid hardmetal contact,reduce friction,prevent skid,and guarantee equipment and personnel safety.
