针对传统计算方法具有局限性,采用Ansys有限元软件对轻量化门式起重机进行不同工况下静力学分析,得到门式起重机在不同工况下的应力和挠度,从而判断门式起重机是否满足静强度与静刚度的要求.为了得到轻量化目的,将门式起重机主梁腹板和翼缘板变薄,有可能会造成主梁发生局部失稳.通过使用有限元方法对主梁进行线性屈曲和非线性屈曲分析,得到主梁局部失稳的临界载荷和临界应力,为判断主梁是否失稳提供依据,也为解决计算局部稳定性这一难题提供参考和可借鉴的方法.%To deal with the limitation of traditional calculation methods , the paper uses Ansys finite element software to perform static analysis on lightweight crane under different conditions to get the stress and deflection of the gantry crane to determine whether the gantry crane can meet the requirements on static strength and static rigidity .To reduce weight , the girder web and flange slab of the gantry crane are thinned ,possibly resulting in local instability of the girder .The finite ele-ment method is adopted for linear buckling and non-linear buckling analysis to get the load and stress that may cause local instability of the girder , which provides basis for determining whether the girder is stable and provides reference for calcu -lating the local stability.
